The Hornet in DCS can fly the TACAN approaches (but not the ILS approaches). You just can't do it on PilotEdge because it's not a supported platform. (That being said, if you have some Lua skills, you could modify the PilotEdge.lua file to support it, using the SimpleRadioStandalone.lua file from SR...
