Do you guys have any preferred airways closer to ASE in mind for getting folks to DBL?
Having the USAF tanker in some fuel for all the planes that'll be holding might not hurt either
So stoked for this, thanks!

Re: 330 Shared into Vegas | Mr. Keith Smith on the Scopes
Excellent write up! One thing that had been bothering me since that flight was that when Keith called the go-around I thought I had waited an eternity to reply to his call and start cleaning up the plane when in fact it was barely a second. Anyways, for what was mostly a relaxing/goof off 'let's pla...

Re: Carenado C90 Transponder Issue
Got a reply from Dan Klaue on my bug.. I cannot reproduce what you're seeing with the C90. I am unable to make the XPDR code have an extra digit. And this is the first report of such a phenomenon that I've ever received. As long as I cannot reproduce the problem, I wouldn't know what to fix about it...

Re: Carenado C90 Transponder Issue
Thanks Marcus, I have to assume then that this happened to me before but wasn't informed - seems like others I've spoken to have had this happen as well.
I submitted issue #15589 to Carenado and will follow up on this thread with what I find out.

Re: Carenado C90 Transponder Issue
Make sure you report this bug to Carenado directly. Dan has hinted at another round of updates for these planes and this seems like a bug that could be fairly easily fixed. Absolutely, going to be writing it up this evening after work. I think I know what's causing it and it seems like a simple fix..

Carenado C90 Transponder Issue
During two flights tonight I was informed by ATC that I had a five digit transponder code, were able to get by with idents and transponder cycling but the end result on the controllers side was a target with no data block, just a direction and a blip. Between the first and second flights I reset the...

CH-53E out of Miramar lands on beach. BONUS: DANGER ZONE
What's better than watching an expertly executed emergency landing on a beach? Having Kenny Loggins on location to make a danger zone reference!

Formation Flying at Emory Ranch
So despite the PC-12 being the new hotness a bunch of us got together out at Emory Ranch last night to do some formation flying in the Alabeo Su-26, Pitts and a B200 - the latter of which acted as the rabbit the rest us fell in behind to chase. It was a lot of fun and Emory Ranch with its excess of ...
