No, it just goes inactive. I've had mine inactive for a little while when I was on an extended trip and it was all intact when I got back and re-activated.

Just to be very clear, the format of a SID/STAR is always {Name}{Number}, e.g. VAN NUYS THREE, KEPEC THREE, SERFR TWO. Visually, Orbx SoCal, performance wise, Global + Vector. But remember that Global + Vector covers the whole world (that may or may not be an advantage if you are only interested in flying on PilotEdge). For traffic, Ultimate Traffic 2 or My Traffic 6 both have matching files which will work for Pilo...
