Xplane 11 Keeping microphone in focus?
Sorry for cryptic title. I’m now flying (and living) Xplane after 20 plus years FSX/P3D. When I start connect to Pilotedge it works fine until I click another screen and Xplane goes out of focus (I assume) and if I transmit the controller can’t hear me. I then have to remember to click Xplane again....

Re: Controller Attitude
I am not a professional pilot but I have flown regularly as a simmer on Pilotedge for 3 years and feel the need to comment on this thread. The controller, in this case, is one of the most experienced long term controllers. He can sometimes be a little more critical than others when things go wrong (...

Great.
Look forward to that and glad the info is being retained.
Thanks Tim

Re: How are "Recent Flights" logged?
If you log a VFR flight plan in advance then all your flights including IFR will be logged on PEAWARE. http://peaware.pilotedge.net/

PEAWARE Are flight logs available beyond last 50 flights?
Hi
PEAWARE shows my 50 Most Recent Flights (IFR and planned VFR).
I would be interested to know if it is possible to view a full log going back beyond the last 50?
Nearly every flight I take is on PE and it would be great to keep or see a full log.
Thanks
Dean

Re: Mixture cutting off when running PE Client
How did I miss this thread! Spotted this thread tonight and had my first uninterrupted flight in weeks without ATC saying ’Is there a problem?’ ’ Yes, I'm just relighting all my engines!’ Thank Ryan and Keith. I've tried ruling out everything else but never realised it only happened to me when onlin...

Re: Sky High 2 VFR on Top communication?
Thanks Keith I’ll give this section another try tonight. Like you I prefer to fly and see the scenery. After months in sunny SOCAL it is so disorientating to be in cloud. Things like leaving the flaps and wheels down don’t help when your trying hard to climb out of the soup! Great new series though....

Sky High 2 VFR on Top communication?
I have just completed (passed) the Scenario 2. I chose the third option for leaving TOAS where the briefing says specifically: "Do not file IFR, simply call ATC and request a “climb to VFR on top” and let them issue the clearance. Let them know you plan to climb to 12,500 if you use this option...

Re: [Jul 31 1800-2100] July Event!
Thanks Keith I know you didn't promise that. As a Uk subscriber I have to accept the limitations of your (natural) USA focus including the reduced service hours over here (4pm start). Alternating months with US evenings sounds a good and fair compromise but they become impossible in the working week...

Re: [Jul 31 1800-2100 PDT] July Event!
Hmm Don't like to be negative but if this is PDT then 2am UK on a workday is going to be a 'no show' for me. What happened to last months announcement? "Side note: we now have an event schedule in place for the next 12+ months. Expect more notice and more weekend events moving forward after thi...
