VFR Flight Planning Template

Good morning, fellow pilots:
Since VFR flights follow a specific sequence, I have designed a template for users to fill in information about their flight including details on what they should do from taxi to landing. This includes items such as preflight planning, connection times, and order of communication. The file is in Rich Text Format, so you will need a document editing software to make changes such Word or Microsoft's Default Wordpad software (DO NOT USE NOTEPAD, AS THE DOCUMENT DOESN'T DISPLAY PROPERLY)!!! I hope you enjoy the the tool, and please comment if you have any feedback.
