I forgot. Does pilotedge cover towered airports?

Hi, I talk to Norcal approach on pilotedge regularly. However, I need to do a simulated flight to Chico Municiple, which is KCIC, which is towered. Does pilotedge cover KCIC?

CIC is not one of the airports serviced in the west. The west is operated a little differently that the ZLA coverage area. You can find a list of WUS airports in the link above.
