PTT and FSUIPC

Hi,
I have PTT set up in FSUIPC to work with "Keypad -" and linked to the trigger on a joystick.
"Keypad -" works fine for PTT in P3D; however, the trigger doesn't work.
Never used FSUIPC before - but I think I have it set up right.
Any thoughts?
thanks,
Andrew

That didn't work for me. But mapping the joystick button to 'PTT transmit ON (SB3, RW, AVC) did the trick. I also had to map 'PTT Tansmit OFF (SB3, RW, AVC) to the control sent when the button is released.
Hope this helps.

Hi aventura,
Thanks for the help!
That said... what's "(SB3, RW, AVC)" ?
Tried digging around in the program and FSUIPC manual(s) but didn't find those references...
[Making some progress - I see it's at least Squawkbox 3 and Advanced Voice Client... ]
cheers
Andrew

SB3 = SquawkBox ver 3
RW = Roger Wilco
AVC = Advanced Voice Client
All are communications addons for network flying such as VATSIM, IVAO, et al.

Thanks Don-
Ok, how did you map "the joystick button to 'PTT transmit ON' " ?
I can't find that!
Thanks again!

Here's how the FSUIPC setup looks to map to a yoke button.
