If you haven't been flying in these fly-ins you have been missing out. This one is sure to be easier than the last. We are giving ourselves up to 3 runways here so keep aware of your assignment and for the love of all that is holy, know where you want to park!
Join me and a bunch of our buddies as we do a good old fashioned fly in to the Salt Lake City International Airport (KSLC) on Tuesday night, November 13th. Land near 2030 PST in whatever type of aircraft you want. IFR or VFR welcome. Piston, turbo-prop, turbo-jet, rotor aircraft are all approved. If you are VFR, watch out for that Class B Airspace! Just land close to 2030 PST and enjoy all the traffic into a beautiful area. Many will chose to depart so keep your options open.
This is not a conga line style group flight. Feel free to fly in from where ever you please. This also means that when on the CTAF and in communication with ATC, keep your communications brief and accurate. Keep your head on a swivel and lets have a great time!
