New dual-controller split for ZLA operating area

We have launched a new dual-controller split for the ZLA operating area. Historically, when two controllers have been plugged into ZLA, one has covered all radio positions while the other covers tower and below.
We have changed this so that they now effectively split ZLA in half, with complete top-down responsbility for each of their halves.
The recordings and PE Receiver will be updated in the near future to reflect this. This should result in a better division of labor when two controllers are online and a better overall experience for pilots. Enjoy!
